Brighter Days, Charlie Edmiston’s first European solo exhibition, presents a body of abstract wall reliefs that juxtapose playful shapes and color palettes with common construction materials.

Inviting planes of smooth paint are paired with stark raw plywood, opening up a discussion about the dichotomy between utilitarian work and creative play during an ongoing global pandemic.
