This is a beautiful and large open plan studio with tons of natural light and wall space. The unit overlooks the downtown skyline, has incredible energy and is the perfect place to create.
Located in the Los Angeles fashion district, a few shorts blocks from the 10 freeway. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and the building is filled with artists and galleries. The common areas are clean and well kept, with a newly renovated lobby. The restrooms are cleaned daily along with the trash being taken out.
